sound loops

Hey heretik how do you get your loops to well.... loop over so well i always have problems with this and do a shitty job could you help me?
I guess it's mostly a matter of practice, since I've always needed loops for animations and stuff. after a while you can see where you have to make the cut.
btw I use CoolEdit2000.
