How do you make your own avatar gallery? (asking Staff only)

How do you make an avatar gallery for your own form page? I have my own
site, but I don't know how to make a avatar gallery...
think you could
give me a few tips on 'how to'?

first set a directory for the avatar gallery in your phpbb admin area:
=> General Admin: Configuration => scroll down, Avatar Settings: Avatar Gallery path. Could be that there's already a default path set, i'm not sure. Anyways, i recommend calling the "images/avatars/gallery" or so. Than simply upload the avatars you want for your gallery into this folder on your server.

Thanks for the assistance, but...the confusing part it how to upload avatars...
I can't find where to upload them...
(do I press a button or type in a link to a image somewhere in one of the slots?)

You have to upload them into the avatar folder yourself, using either ftp software or an online filemanager.

Speaking of forums I need a litle help myself, anyone know a free forum hosting service that will alowe me to put banners on my forum?
