when is the best time to submit stuff to NG. HeRetiK you've wone awards what time did u submit.

I normally submitted in the afternoon or the early evening. I think it's important to submitt before the peak times, which I think usually starts at 9pm since people might have problems loading your movie, getting in bad mood and voting 0 if they're assholes. But I don't think that there's a certain time in which you'll get higher votes.
But I must say that at the time where the new protection/blam system caused people to blam everything in sight it was pretty dangerous to submit a movie. When I submitted freedom awaits it got bashed down to 2.7, till it got protected and it got a higher score again.

seriously heretik, you should use quotes from the forums in your movie (include name in credits or ill slap you around for bieng a biznitch with no mom)

something just came into my mind, considering the best time to submit:
before submitting a movie, look after the score of the other movies that had been submitted that day. if you see that there are many extremely good ones, wait for the next day. submit your movie when you think that it has a chance against the other submissions of that day.
so if you see a portal entry like 'Alien Hominid 2' or 'The Void III'... then wait.
