how do ppl get their name thingy under their name ... ii dont mean the avatar tho ... lik it says divine and damaged and stuff
cos i dont like it sayin latency on mine .. it sounds weird

It´s called rank system. For example, for Divine, you need +1000 posts. It cannot be changed, only Admin has that power.
Note: Dont start posting junk in every single thread just to increase your post count.
