How do you guys add a picture that will be shown with your nick on the forum when you post? f.x. "Darklire" has this jamie madrox gif?

for some reason the picture upload doesnt work properly (I've reconfigured some parts of the forum, but it still doesnt work).
you'll most probably have to link from an off-site avatar.
