A new game idea. But how to get it seen?

If you want to talk about video games, here's the place for it.

A new game idea. But how to get it seen?

The stone age.

Idea's can be gathered from popular media. (10,000 B.C., Chronicles of Ancient Darkness, etc)

We've got a plethera of the classic dungeouns and dragons esch rpgs, futuristic scifi rpgs, cowboy and zombie apocalypse rpgs. Why not a stone age one? The core elements could be survival and exploration. I'm not gonna suggest anything, I'm no expert. But with the storytelling elements of Bethesda's Skyrim, and the power for realism from newer powerful engines (spotlight: frostbite 2). Facial expressions from LA Noire's engine.

Imagine this scene: you are running from an eight foot tall terror bird. Your personalized character can be wearing anything from a loin-cloth to full fur gear. Scrambling across the cliff with an Assassin's Creed style gameplay, narrowly avoiding the gut twisting beak that spelled sure, but maybe not instant death then plunging into the dense forest when out of room at the top of the cliff. If an powerful engine was used, the induvidual limbs the character hit would break, cushion his fall, or even injure him in contact was made wrong. Watching the bird take a chunk out of one of your group's neck. (Think 300 when Leonidas takes the big brute's head off, you watch the remaining intact skin tear apart) Hunting your food, finding water, choosing to or not to practice animism by sacrificing food, water, animals or even your own blood to your gods. Flint knapping, spear and bowmaking. Scars from the battles you live through. (with frostbite engine, if designed right, it could lead to a very precise scarring system, where your scars are directly linked to induvidual attacks. Each claw, stone, etc, pulling a unique shape out of the skin. Minor scars fade after time. Becoming wounded badly enough will permantly lower your mobility, sometimes significantly [again props to frostbite, ex. tearing your achillis tendon forces you to crawl until you get help or bleed out], unless you find a magical or herbal way to heal the wound before time does.) No real
leveling" instead make it more realistic, one well aimed spear will drop a mammoth, but repeatedly stabbing it in the foot wont cause it to go into convulsions then fall over, some struggling and a visually powerful close combat sequence [reminicse to Colussus] with the local megafauna) A very minimal if amount of traditional gaming magic (e.g. MAGIC MISSILE!!!!) Early substance use was found in in early man. Drinking alcohol could sned your character into a GTA4 or Red Dead drunkin stupor. Mushrooms could cause you to see fractle patterns and imagine creatures, or if enough quantity or potency is consumed, traveling to another world for a while. Cannabis could produce day dreams if left idle for mere seconds or while the character is even doing something (understanding these drugs may have to be named differently for a lower restriction rating). Intense and rivoting relationships (sexual partners, hunting party [ai allows them to learn how you hunt and to adapt to use your general tactics in any environment, or to adapt to different tactics depending on the land scape], friends and reletives). Perhaps even go way out there and pull the whole Zachariah Stitchen Aliens visited early man idea. Sorry to be so long winded, I just think it would be an awesome idea.

Become a designer. Until then you're SOL.
Is there a promised land
Or am I on the journey going to nowhere?
Are the streets paved with gold
Or am I slipping on the mold that slowly grows there?
