I wouldn't want to live in either one. One is a world entirely without pain, and therefore, no fun. You can't enjoy life without feeling pain, otherwise where would relief come from? Where can good be without bad?

If heaven truly is a perfect world, it would have to be a place without any conflict. Ergot, everyone would have to have the same feelings and views, thus eliminating individuality, and removing any reason why I would want to exist.

The only logical alternative to this that I can concieve is to give everyone their own perfect world a la the Matrix, but then your existance would be just a living lie, another situation I wouldn't want to be in.


As for hell, it is no better or worse in my opinion. A place of eternal pain would cease to be painful at all, as pain cannot exist without its other half, pleasure. It would be simply an objective part of that world, rather than a subjective part as it is in our own, like gravity.

Remember, it's impossible to have a one-sided coin.

I WANT to be able feel pain, to feel pleasure. I don't want either one taken from me, so I guess my answer is, oblivion. Existence with neither pain nor pleasure would be Hell in both aspects.

1.its just a belief, no one can proof that heaven or hell even exists.
2. i'd rather staying dirt and rot when my life ends
3.theres no after life, what do you think the word DEATH means? once your dead thats it, thats the end of your life. people are just afraid to die so thinks their soul have a better place to live, if you die and your soul still lives in another place than the word DEATH woun't be nesseccary.
