Autism is still a disorder hindering one's social interaction. I'm glad forums exist. It gives people such as yourself, Anarch, a chance to communicate with others more easily. However, I'm not sure if you know this, but in the case of many Autists, social interaction can hinder the unique ability of the mind, for example not being able to calculate the days of the week 3000 years from now in seconds any quicker.

I AM autistic, you jerk. Forums are basically the only place I'm willing to actually say anything I care about, since I can word everything just the way I want to and I don't have to worry about interpreting people's facial expressions and body language. This is my second forum, and frankly, it's extremely hostile compared to others I've seen. Thank you to those who are willing to give me a chance. As for you, I don't NEED to look up autism. There are four of us at my school, and we have all had at least three years learning about the advantages and disadvantages of our condition. For god's sake, don't tell me I don't know what autism is when I have lived with it since I was a child.

Look up autism and you get a textbook answer. You do not get life experience.

Ah. Aspergers. Aspergers Syndrome and Schizotypal Personality Disorder are the only forms of autism I really know about. Explains the poetry anyway. Aspergers guys are quite unpredictable in my experience.
