Go to the options/settings and turn down your game performance junk like resolution and textures, see if that works

Or try getting rid of all your other running programs before running the game (I usually just restart and then start the game)

I'd do that if I could move my mouse..
and I got rid of all my other programs too. I posted something at fueldump.de, so maybe they'll have a solution.

I hate it when games dont work.

Don't make your profile before you turn your settings down...

P.S. I think making the profile is what froze my game when I got infected with spyware.
