Hi, all. This is my second post here, just wanted to say hello, and introduce myself.

I'm a young independant filmmaker, and I first posted here looking for a freelance flash animator that wouldn't mind working on a project of mine and my friends, but I'm sure once I myself become more advanced in flash, that ill find more in common here.

As of now, I have absolutely NO flash experiiance at all, so any help from other animators for this project would be helpull.

Also, do you know of any really good video tutorials of how to find easy ways to animate in flash? I really wanna learn, but It's just so damned complicated.

It's not complicated to animate in flash. What's complicated is the programming. Be glad you aint practising that.

Yay! I got flash mx today! still haven't figured out how it works but i'll probably do that soon. i remember when i got VB 6, i didn't understand a shit of the programming, so i'm agree with hillbilly, the programming is damn complicated (for me)

Maybe it's because I'm dumb, but I can't even get past which type of document to use. lol.

Flash Document, or Flash project? which do I start?

Maybe It's time I posted my flash troubles in the right thread. lol.

you could try to read some of the help files that come with flash, but i haven't tried it so i don't know...

the help files and samples that come with flash can help a lot. believe me.
