yeah, a few years ago, a german zookeeper won this. he was trying to get a constipated elepahnt to poo, so he gave some medicine to do it. it didn't work so he was going to give the elephant an enema and when he did it started shitting like crazy and knocked the zookeeper over. when he fell, he hit his head on the concrete and was knocked unconcious, so he ended up suffocating to death in elephant poo.
