Gargle mouthwash, it usually helps. Or a cup of table salt in warm water helps too. I just prefer the mouthwash as it's kinda refreshing.

I tried the mouthwash last night before bed, and it sorta worked because it got rid of the taste of oreos and milk from my mouth

But in the morning my throat was far worse. I blew my nose and it was green.

I think I may have a sinus infection...

See, I get the same horrible cold twice a year. Around the time of schools starting, and midway through the school year. I get a runny nose and stuffed sinuses for about 2 weeks, then a really bad sore throat for a week to three weeks after that, then some bad sinuses some more...

It may be shitty allergies.

I get sick because I'm sad all the time, it's what thrashed my stomach, constant stress and depression.
Be happy, it does wonders to your health :)
