Well, if someone bothered reading anything, it states:

-We do NOT always talk about what the current topic title may be, we always tend to get off subject. So it's normal. Don't mention 'we got off topic easily' or anything similiar. We already know this and are aware that we do so. It's fine. Don't mention it, just go with the flow.

Where was that, you add that into the rules for newbies as of late?
