It's better than saying, "Make sure you use proper capitalization, spelling, grammar, syntax, punctuation, and write in a five-sentence paragraph in every post you make." That's just ridiculous.

As for VoDoo, welcome to Mindistortion.

I meant that not everyone has that good english. There are people all around the world registered on these boards, who gives a fuck if someone misspells a word or two.

Fx has a plugin, if you're not proficient with the predominant language spoken at a forum, you get the language plugin, and check your posts.

Hey, if I can understand what the main idea of the post is, spelling/punctuation doesn't bother me. It's alright for us to be humans.

sometimes it's annoying, things like "liek, tiem, your(when "you're" should be used), their(in stead of they're)" and the like, are hugely annoying, but otherwise, it's 'kay.

also, always remember in a contraction that the apostrophe replaces the letters that are missing.

examples:

cannot- the apostrophe replaces the N and the O, Can't

What is- the apostrophe replaces the i, What's

You are-the apostrophe replaces the a, You're
I been posting here boy

So, no. I don't give a fuck if someone misspells a word or two. But please; you knew what I meant.

The way I see it, we all have to deal with people all the time in real life who may not speak perfect English. but as long as they speak it well enough to convey their pont, it needn't be anything to object.

Hey VoDoo man! And about the "spelling and grammar" things, not everyone knows perfect english (not everyone has the native language english), so let's be tolerant :) Life goes on even if you are or not a good speaker (writer) of english. Hails to you my friends!

It's enough to make a man cry.

Does anyone else feel like there's some toddlers that waddled in here?

I don't even have contempt. It's just awkward coz I don't know how to talk directly to them.
