Indeed. The film kinda put me off the book. Even in the event that the film is great, memories of the film will always taint it for me.

Philip is what my grandmother calls me. It's my uncle's name. Since he's cool, and since I look a lot like him, and since I practically respond to it now, I decided to keep it. Maybe I'll add it to my legal name someday, make it my middle name or something.
