Oh My God, how can you dispise myspace?!?!?!? It's like a mortal sin to dispise such a thing.

New people must know that mentioning your MySpace here is almost as shit seeking as saying youre registered at Gaia Online. Both are sins not easily forgiven unless youve been here a while and people have stopped caring.

i made a myspace thing to be friends with the priminister, but it didnt work, so i have just kept it up and running.

and heaps of the myspace bands and stuff are just there so people will find out about them.

There isn't anything wrong with MySpace with default, but it's evolved to something where quality is extremely rare.

I just stay away from it, and have no interest in visiting any MySpace page that isn't an Organization's of some sort.

Anyways, like I said everyone has a different opinion on myspace, sort of like politics. I'm a very laid back person and refuse to argue over something so simplistic. It's not even a deal, and yet it's being made into a big deal.

*le sigh*

Myspace for me is a much cheaper way of keeping in touch with friends across country, across the seas, or even across state. It's my place to just put up random pictures, hit a ton of different letters, and blog my poems.

Myspace is good for me, not for everyone, but it is for me.

If you have Opera I can tell you how.

Right click off of the image and click "Block Content..."

Shift+click her avatar

Click "Done" in the block content menu bar that appears at the top of the screen.

I set my myspace to myspace ireland. There's no annoying-ass American or Canadian banner ads bothering me like crazy. Also a shitload less spam. I win.

Ugh, I was really aggravated that day. Please disregard my big-texted posts above. Seriously though, I don't dislike you. You're coherent enough to understand at least, and apparently have good personal reasons to prefer Myspace. I'm just saying that, in my observation, the majority of people from this forum harbor some level of disdain for the majority of people who come here directly from Myspace. By no means should I have said that Myspace is 100% shit, or that people who come from it are 100% dumbshits. I apologize for the generalizations.
