It's supposed to be an equal sign with a slash through it.

use a dock. much cleaner. all my files are on my desktop. not clean at all. but easy access. and with multiple work areas it workable.

I dock everything. Right click your desktop>arange desktop icons> and uncheck show desktop icons. Now get a badass wallpaper and badass windows explorer theme. and you pretty much got my pc
