Maybe. Somewhere on tv I saw a trainer get a tiger hug but I don't know if it's really happening in that photo.

I have one question.

KittenWhore wrote:I joined this forum because my friend Rebecca made me.

Is Alfons Rebecca then?

I doubt it. Alfons was unaware that Kitten had joined.

I mean was the cat person refering to Alfons as Rebecca?

I guess we will never know.

Er, not quite. Frosty already answered your question.

If "Alfons was unaware that Kitten had joined," then logically Alfons cannot be Rebecca, because if "Rebecca made [Kitten]" join, then logically Rebecca must be aware that Kitten has joined.

I feel like arguing for NO REASON!

Scenario in which Lionboy is wrong:

"You should join MD."
"Alright."

...

"Have you joined?"
"No."
"JOIN."

...

"Joined yet?"
"Yah, about a week ago."
"Why didn't you tell me?"
"I thought you knew."

Then I shall oblige, and argue back.

The statement "my friend Rebecca made me" is different from the statement "my friend Rebecca told me to."

Being made to do something requires active presence of the coercer, or an act of blackmail, and the word itself implies completion and confirmation of the act.

Being told to do something only requires recommendation or unenforced demand, and does not imply verification of the act.

If someone told me to do something multiple times, I'd consider that making me do it (circumstances, of course, do have an effect).

So would at least some other people.

Subjective interpretation of the statement wins again!

Unless you've got an argument against that, that is. By all means, go for it if you do.

Okay, all right. Nevertheless, I am inclined to believe that the statement contradicts the idea that "Rebecca" and "Alfons" are one.

1. Looking through the posts and thinking logically, I agree that the odds of Alfons and Rebecca being one and the same are slim to none. The slim being that whoever it is just wants to screw with us. In which case they win.

2. I don't remember what two was... Something about how odds are much against my proposed scenario. Yah.

Yup, I can just see the slide downhill in an argument when someone brings in split personalities. :)

Why don't you guys just wait and ask Alfons? I think that'd be much easier than all of this.

And one would prolly never admit to have created 2 accounts. It always ends up with "My friend goes online on my computer with that screenname - it's not me, honest!" And then they disappear.

It's also probable DID if that is the case, there are other personalities.

In fact, if that's the case, Alfons/Rebecca could also be Kitten!
