It's not so much that it was Frosty who was told to kiss ass, but that the phrase was jumped to so quickly without reason.

Well sure that's nice, and it really isn't severe, but it's so... juvenile.
Maybe I've just dealt with too many people who were possessed by the tendency to say "kiss my ass" way too often.
