I don't get it. You're annoyed because you prefer to communicate in Japanese using only kanji and the hiragana/katakana used as particles, conjugations, and whatever else, and people are commenting saying, "I prefer learning hiragana/katakana first."
Also, I take it that you're of Chinese descent?
And along with Spanish, I've dabbled in German. I had trouble finding good resources on the internet for it, so I dropped that. Japanese is the first language that I've really stuck with, and I've loved it. Learning Japanese teaches me a lot about English and other languages and makes me respect different forms of communication. I've learned English sign language to a good extent, both American Sign Language and Signing Exact English.
Language is fun. I also find it relatively easy to communicate with or without a native accent, albeit slower than a native speaker would.

I actually didn't find it strange when I was reading what he typed and i imagined a voice yelling it at me. For some reason, it was oddly fitting.
