Here I am!
Hello everyone!
It's really obvious that I'm new here. Really obvious. I decided to get on after I freaked out a friend of mine with apparently "creepishly deep thinking". I guess thoughts that make my head swim with contemplation, to the point where it makes me consider what the purpose of life really is, and I decide to confront that question later on, as I fear I'll find that there is no true answer to it.....just might be considered deep.
Anyways.... I look forward to hanging around here, and putting in clever comments here and there as I see fit.

Welcome, deep thinker. I fancy myself a philosopher, so message me sometime if you decide to get creepily deep again.
In Advance: Fuck you (insert name of person who makes sexual joke)

This newb's name reminds me of someone... I can't quite put my finger on it, but I seem to recall this certain person being called something else now.

random question. answer for me depends on when water ending in sand is enough to count as beach, if so, yeah, and hopefully soon again, otherwise no.
question, "romance is fleeting. friendship is forever.", sounds nice, but wouldn't "friendship has the inclination to last longer than romance" be more precise?

there's plenty of romantic relationships that last a lifetime, much like there's plenty of friendships that end up shipwrecked.
both CAN last indefinately, both usually don't.
because of the different nature and intensity, friendships last longer in general, but averages are usually meaningless.
add to that that the average is greatly skewed against romance by infatuations and the like, while friendships are defined so loosely that irregular contact with a schoolmate can be seen as such.

Aw, Frost you read my mind.
@Azgarth: stop overanalysing shit
@Myr: you have a lot to learn from this one.
Avenarius: In case you're wondering, Myr is our overly romantic emotional member who were trying to train out of his over-emotion.
