Alex Proyas' "The Crow". Theres about seven Crow films and all of them are awful, except the first one, which is great. You're looking for the one starring Brandon Lee.

I liked the second and third just as much has the first. But I think they were all very silly.

WHAT!!!!

There is something wrong with you darky. No one liked the 2nd or 3rd. They were so B grade.

The first was no masterpiece. They're essentially the same movies. And they were all made and sold to a specific audience.

The only things I remember about The Crow is he had stupid make up and there were birds everywhere.

Explain to me the differences from the first and second, apart from characters.

The first one had a better director, and it was filmed a lot better. It didn't drag on as long, the villains were cooler, and it had better dialogue moments. Sure it was melodramatic and a bit silly, but that was part of its charm.

I disagree. But like I said, a matter of taste. I liked the scope and setting of the second more than the first.
