I'm pretty sure this is a reference to a film, Ju-on. Except its Kyoko, and she is indeed inside your darkness, as the location suggests. Well, really, Kayoko is in Kyoko's darkness, if I remember right. But their occasional body sharing could imply schizophrenia. And she certainly wanted everyone to die.
