You're a noob in my eyes until you meet two criteria:

1) You follow all of the written rules, and the unwritten ones that still ought to be followed.

2) You have been around long enough and regularly enough, WHILE POSTING, for me to know that you will stick around.

Preferably, complete the criteria in order.
