Not too many, i have family friends in the states that say that, i have coleagues that went to a gaming contest in San Francisco and he told me that those guys are very well fed + that food is very cheap there, that i know for shore, i mean there any homeless person can eat at McDonalds here it's kind of a luxury

No, because a single worst case scenario does not exist, there are many different "as bad as it can get" scenarios, like dieing in pain for example, a lot of people die in pain, the worst thing that can happen (whatever it is) happends to a lot of people in the exact same second every single day..
