let me guess, you are female, 13-16 years old, likes manga, anime, and everything else that comes out of japan. especially that gackt fello, he's soooo dreamy. you also have no experience with drugs, pretend that you are bisexual, like shitty music, but for some reason i want to fuck you.

I first met Death one cool Spring night while watching shadows grow.
And though she was a lovely sight, I did not want to go.

Please excuse Nameless, this community I find, to be a little more open than that. If you do fit the sterotype don't worry there's a lot more people like you here. This can be a good experance for you, however it can only be what you put in. Give to the community, and we will give back to you. Don't let people like nameless scare you into not posting. Your questions are unique, and they do require unique answers. If the sterotype does not fit you, please tell us something about your self.

What the hell is that?
When a +2000 posts memeber of a community comes out and throws a sterotype (correct or not) at a newcomers face, this reflects on the community poorly as a whole. While we know nameless is just messing around, the newcomer does not. It is important that they, the newcomer, feels welcomed here, and gets posting.

Yes . . .but,

This is a unique community of outcasts. I think a bit of shit needs to be thrown at the newbs.

It's a test of character.

To see if they have the right attitude.

I got the shit and I think you need a bit of it too Hi^C.

This site isn't for all ppl, and I think these guys do a good job of turning away the unsuitables.
Overly happy, bubbly ppl make me sick, and they would be better off somewhere else. Somewhere like
this!

Here I feel comfortable as my soul is aligned with the recurring theme of the films.

btw, who are you to excuse the words of dude... um - nameless - anyway?

Don't get me wrong, I like having you here. It's good to see someone who can construct a response using more than one sentence, and is willing to pass on knowledge..

but if you forget your place just look at the word above your avatar :!:

aaarrg...I'm as twisted as fuck.....wortwortwort

I don't think that I am taking things too seriously. I thought nameless's original post was actually quite funny, however the overtone can, and will be misinterprated. I was only seeking to clearify things. With out new members the community can/will become dead, it is important to gain new members that feel accepted. They (the newcomer) must be given time to grow and get the feel for the community. One question, why would and overly happy person be posting on a board with such titles as "Everyone in my school is against goths." I think this would be an indacation that the board is not for happy people. If I was a happy person and I looked at some of the threads, I would run out of my house screaming, from the shear insanity I had just read. Maybe we should have a happy people filter on the site? You are correct about the tag above the avatar, however it is the content of the posts not how many, that matters. ( I am not saying I am better than anyone else.)

Code: Select all

Happy people need not apply

Quite, lets not turn this into a digital pissing contest, I have no right to argue with you. You have been on the board longer than I have, you win.
