that... doesn't say much on its own.
see if you've port forwarding enabled.
see if your router/modem are configured properly.
see if you computer is configured properly.
see if there's anything on your computer that could be hogging ports or bandwidth.

select your router/modem here.
if you have a separate modem and router(s?), make sure the routers only function as dumb ways to pass through, not their own filters and the like.
