So, what does a Flash Animator do if he has dozens of ideas but is too burned out to get them beyond conception or the first few seconds? He makes a Flash about it.

And what if this Flash Animator is me? Then he makes it experimental and uses metaphors as well as epileptic colors.

I like your message. The colors have alot of effect in it. I like how he explodes in his anger. The ending might of been a little over the edge, but it definatly does give it a specific meaning.

Hery, once again you've made a good short, but this one didn't reach out to me like the rest. After my interpretation, I would say that the message I get is strong but I think the animation is not explosive enough to go with the song. It has enough power when it goes from b/w to colours, but there's too little movement in the rest, I think. The lyrics on the other hand fit great, considering the knife/pencil part.

It wasn't perfect. But that's why it was perfect. My favorite part was the square.

I watched it but I missed the ending, I was staring right at it but somehow I didn't see (probably has something to do with only getting 4 hours of sleep per night for the last 4 weeks).

As guitar said it felt a bit slow. It wasn't emo at all if you ask me, a lot of people call anything that involves a wrist and a little blood emo.

And I never got why, after all emo kids never cut them selfs, they just bitch about it.

The movie had a bit of magic in it but I can't say it's your best work. The idea behind the "script" is good, your flash technique once again amazed me.

I like the concept of it.
I was expecting something to actually be painted since he went through the extreme trouble to throw his life into his work.
The end of the message explains it all, which is nice.
However, the dramatic actions and anticipation of waiting led me to wait to see what his masterpiece would actually be. Then you see the message and go, "Oh."

A simple, nice short I suppose. Today, some would compare the wrist stabbing and painting with his "blood" along with the Deftones more emo.tional. Which it is somewhat, no? Emotional but slightly inspiring.

It fits that he stabbed his wrist and not another part of his body.
Everything else seems to be in place. So overall the flash is fine. Not enough to go wow yet not bad enough to fail. More like, Oh. Hmm.. Give it a few seconds of thought and.. Next.
