can't post inthe garbage dump..

i was wondering why i can't post or read topics in the garbage dump... its been going on for the past week or so..so if someone could look into that i'd really appreciate it.

im new but i assume it's ment for old topics no one gives a sh*t about anymore or post in, so why would you need to see them?
