RESURRECTION!

Olive Oil grilled cheese
Image

Whole grain bread
Olive oil
Rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, garlic salt, and/or any other spices to fit your taste
American, Swiss, or Vegan cheese

I used American for this.

If you already know how to make grilled cheese:
Put a lil oil in a lil bowl. Toss in flavoring spices. Mix together and brush one side of a slice of bread and toss it onto a sprayed pan oil-side down. Cook like you would grilled cheese.

If you don't know how to make grilled cheese:
Put a lil oil in a lil bowl. Toss in flavoring spices. Mix together and brush one side of a slice of bread and toss it onto a pre-heated (low-medium heat) sprayed pan oil-side down. (Work fast.) Slice up one or two slices of cheese and place it on the bread. Then quickly oil up another slice and place it on the cheese oil-side up. Flip after a min or two and flip again until each side is golden brown. Enjoy!

I stole this from a bread bible, check em out
Orange-flavored whole wheat pancakes

2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup oil
2 cups sifted whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups freshly squeezed (or regular) orange juice

Mix eggs and oil, and beat. Combine dry ingredients and add egg mixture alternately with the orange juice. Blend well. Griddle.

Goes well with banana, real maple syrup, butter, etc.

Thanks, GC. Added to my list along with a tattoo concept, Amy's pancake recipe, and a few MDers' addresses. Now I must buy orange juice and try my hand at pancakes.

Hey guys, I was in anthro today and I learned that our potato "chip" is England's potato "crisp" and that they have meat flavours instead of vegetable/cheese flavours! It was mind blowing sooo... share your favourite chips/crisps/thin seasoned baked potato slices!!

@GC: we have meat AND vegetable flavours. Best of all worlds.

@Topic: pasta for breakfast was a really awful idea. I feel like my lungs are full of bricks now.

Its kinda like dying from salty paste. And I'm fairly sure I've caused that film clip to be posted before. It's all part of the aussie package I suppose.

Can you send me a jar of it? Does it come in jars? :)

It does indeed come in jars. Giant buckets too, which actually makes the vegemite look like tar. It was a beautiful thing to witness. Sure i can send you some; normally I am the one asking strangers to provide me with mail. ;)
