Food log

Postby evilredqueen » Fri Nov 13, 2009 5:04 am

Ok there is always a lot of talk about food and diet on this forum.

If you want to play, post all the food you eat everyday for at least a week.

Then we can laugh at each other. :)

Today:
2 pieces of peanut butter and toast, 1 banana, 7 oz steak, 1 serving of green beans with 2 slices of cut up bacon, 1 package of cheese crackers and 2 Hi-cal drinks (350 calories per bottle).

Thats all.

Tonight will be overwhelmed by more coffee and biscuits than possibly healthy.

I had ham and mustard sandwiches today. For breakfast and lunch.

Saturday. (Time difference means I started this on friday, where most of you are now)

Breakfast - nothing

Lunch - Ham and mustard sandwich with cheese this time.

I've run out of ham so god knows what I'm supposed to have for dinner.

EDIT: after posting this I went to the supermarket, got more ham, and some gummi fruits, as mentioned in purchased today thread.

For ERQ, Whatever My Mom Makes:

1. Half-defrosted meat

2. My dad forces me to cook

3. I have to cook the meat until it turns from pink to brown, even though I'm color blind

4. My mom usualy cuts herself on the food processor

5. My brother tries to help and puts the macoroni in too early

6. I forget to drain the fat out of the meat

7. 20 minutes later, we have raw, burnt, bloody hamburger helper

8. Season to taste

Hamburger Helper? LOL That hardly qualifies as food. What did you eat along with it?

Amy buy turkey next ... you need some variety. :)

It's not always hamburger helper, but it usually involves the above steps.
I had milk with it.

I don't think we sell turkey very much in this country. Not where I shop, anyway. I remember getting raged at by some arrogant american bitch when I worked in a supermarket a couple of years ago because we weren't selling whole turkeys on "thanksgiving". And they didn't have any when I was at the deli earlier.

Sunday...

Bad day for food.

I only ate 2 peanut butter sandwiches, 5 frozen taquitos and 2 Hi-cal drinks. I lost my chicken.

Amy don't you guys have turkey? We have turkey everything over here... bacon, hot dogs, sausage.

The smoked turkey breast lunch meat is really good though. :)

I wish I could just take a pill everyday and never have to eat.

I am never going to put the 10 lbs back on at this rate.

Today:
A cup of Twining's Earl Grey tea.
A vitamin pill.
A paracetamol.

I have very little appetite today, the doctor says I'm fine, my weight is also normal again (my weight fluctuates between being borderline 'underweight for my age' etc. and being 'normal', however I have always been naturally small and thin).
Tell me about the dream where we pull the bodies out of the lake
and dress them in warm clothes again.

I had a flatmate who simply could not gain wait at all. She had to have jaw surgery, meaning she wouldn't be able to eat solid food for a few weeks afterward, so in the weeks leading up to the operation she decided to try and gain weight so she wouldn't lose too much after the surgery. She ate a pie every night before bed in addition to the usual amounts of food she eats and there was no change. Some people are just like that.
