^How about possum skin? Everyone had possum skin something when they were kids in this country. Many people still do.

Then your definition of atheism is different from mine. Seemingly you are saying that atheism is the belief that there is nothing. Whereas I consider it the lack of belief in something. I'm not saying your wrong, though.

*self-facepalm*

Damn it, I totally worded that wrong. In fact, I contradicted myself within that post by going on to call myself an atheist. Allow me to repost that. This is what I should have said.

"You cannot not be an agnostic unless you believe that god can be either proven or disproven, either by logical/philosophical/theological methods or by experimentation. It is possible to be both an agnostic and a believer, if you feel that god cannot be proven, but you believe in it anyway. I am personally both an agnostic and an atheist: I believe that god cannot be disproven, but I also do not believe in it."

I'm not quite understanding why a bees knee is so good.

Sir you make a very good point.
But if a bee knee is really good then I can't imagine how good the cats pajamas are.

I think of police officers. They always address everyone as "sir" or "ma'am."

@ Silent_convulsion; You sound like my brother.
Coppers are pretty polite here. Though my sister got annoyed at them today because they didn't pull her over to be breathalized. And I only use sir at work, and when I'm being a smartarse to my brother-in-law.

I've never called someone sir or ma'm at work. Only one chick I hang out with gets that courtesy. And that's cuz she calls me "Sir". I usually refer to cops as officer.
