You mean, like, filling out a Form (Flash, HTML, whatever) and storing the info in a database?

In Flash not possible, as much that I know. Maybe it's something new with AS3, but I doubt so.

Try looking into a PHP solution

Okay I found a tutorial and it works perfect.

But everytime I wanna change the look of the site, it jumpsback to the old layout of the tutorial. What can it be ? Maybe because of the php ?

I stand corrected. I just noticed that YouTube's upload form is flash based.
