This is precisely the apathy we meant.

Keyboard as in synthesizer or piano based?

Keyboard as in the thing that makes a ton of different noises but is played like a piano.

Jeremy and I would play "Don't Fear the Reaper (Blue Oyster Cult)" and "Sweet Dreams Are Made Of This (Eurythmics)" all the time.

Older songs were our focus. Metallica, Avenged Sevenfold, Blue Oyster Cult, Eurythmics and the Nightmare Before Christmas were our focus points.

When we played Sweet Dreams, we were forced to play the Marilyn Manson remake (there wasn't much of a piano part in the original).
It was great. I'm sure Sha enjoyed listening. haha

We mainly played on the piano in the theatre auditorium. It gave off a very interesting sound and reflected off the walls quite nicely.

Are you a vegetarian then?

Also, do you dislike his bands music for this reason or just him personally?

Frosty, I don't care how much of a dick you have been to me EVER in the past, that just made it where I'll never not like you again.

I don't like Marilyn Manson personally or his music very much. The only reason we played his version inparticular was simply because it fit the sound of the piano more (plus it was more play-able with a piano than the orriginal).

My PETA friend gets stickers in the mail, and I take the ones I agree with.

I have two anti-fur ones and one anti-hermit crab-captivity one.

Poor hermit crabs.

These are essentially what they look like, but they're all circular and identical in size.

Marylin Manson is a message band that is more message than band. I'd be interested to see him try his hand at essays or commentaries not in a dime's effort of industrial screaming.

Marilyn*

Other than that, I agree with your post. Also, he looks better with the makeup ON.

He does have a powerful voice (not in the eyes of Christians, they hate his guts) in the perspective of his followers and a multitude of other branches of people. Most people I know, don't particualarly enjoy his music; but they do enjoy the message it brings.

I'd love to see him run for president (yes, I live in the U.S. if you didn't already know).

At the first part in parentheses, you made a terrible, and terribly untrue, generalization.
At the second part in parentheses, Kentucky right?

I'm not (or will I ever) get into a religious dispute on MD.

Marilyn Manson is (or from what he shows) one of the most unholy people on Earth.
And about the location of where I live, no I do not live in Kentucky.

He's a pop star, honey. His unholy nature is largely superficial. He's so far outclassed in the unholiness department that he's hardly worth mention.
