Self-Induced Nightmares

Postby Elen Sila » Wed Dec 13, 2006 3:30 am

I recently decided that my dreams have started becoming less creative. I came to the conclusion that when I have nightmares, they are far more interesting than normal dreams. So I decided to start inducing nightmares.

I asked my friend Ravenesque to recommend some horror movies to me, and the first words out of his mouth were "Texas Chainsaw Massacre." I watched it about an hour ago, and I've gotta say it was so outlandish and bizarre that it subtracted from the horror.

I want to see a good horror movie that will leave me wondering what I would do if it happened to me. Has anybody got any suggestions?

Your dreams have become less creative because you are becoming older and getting more responsibilities and there is more stress being put on you. You become aware of the situations around you more. It also had to do with how many hours you sleep. There was a study that dreams occur more in the 8-9 hour of sleep.

That's a good suggestion, Fetus. I'll try that, but I'd still like to know some freakish horror movies to help them along.

Or the Limp Bizkit sex tape. I hear his wookie pelt literally drapes over the fat chicks ass like curtains on a stage.

Try watching Eraserhead. It's f**ked up and surreal... But I love it.

That's what I said I didn't like about Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Surrealism subtracts from the horror.

Texas Chainsaw Massacres is a waste of time.

Watch the old tapes of your parents having sex that your dad keeps under the bed. Trust me. Freaky shit. Especially if you got that goatee from your mom's side...

Watch Feast while stoned and drunk.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0426459/

Nothing real about it. In fact, it's stupid as hell. But it's entertaining.
