Rambo 4: John Rambo

Postby HeRetiK » Sat Mar 01, 2008 2:12 am

Just saw it... it's full of win and Silvester Stallone is sure one of the manliest mans alive.

Of course you shouldn't take the video serious. Or expect a captivating storyline. But as we all know that's not what this movie is about. It's about VIOLENCE. The source of every problem, and as we learn during the film, the only solution as well.

But seriously. Go watch it. It's one of the most violent movies I've ever seen and it's so overly exaggerated violent in an extremely malevolent way that it results in one of the most funny and entertaining movies I've seen lately. I mean, hell. There's a scene where one of the bad guys rips a little child out of its mother's arm and throws it's into a burning fire. Why? Because he can! These bad guys probably kick babies and puppies during their free time. And that's what makes it so awesome.

Go watch it.

Now.

I saw it 3 weeks ago, awesome stuff. The coolest part is when he gets to that mounted machinegun on the jeep, and shoots the guy on the front seat. It's unspeakably awesome, if you wonder what it looks like, picture stomping a basket full of tomatoes.

KA-SPLATRUMPS!

Oh yeah, he also has a self-made machete, made out of souls of dead vietnamese.

It's rather short and don't expect a great movie from the cineasts point of view, but it's nothing short of senseless violence of high entertainment value.

I have seen it yesterday now and it was awesome. Full of violence and I like the sniper scene where the 2 guys get shot. One in the head and the other in the stomach.

Also the last scene with the machinegun on the jeep is awesome.

It seemed much shorter than 90 minutes to me though. As far as I remember it was only about 70-80 minutes. But maybe there are 10 minutes of credits.
