I was wondering if anybody would ever post this...

Actually, no I wasn't, but it's cool you did.

I've only watched the Old Gregg one, I'm probably gonna watch another at some point eventually, if I get around to it.

Stoned and drunk as all get out, watching a bit of Adult Swim. This show came on.

This is one of the dumbest things to ever grace the channels of TV broadcasting. And that's saying something.

I fail to see why something completely random can be seen as funny. Maybe to a child of 5 or younger, but certainly not the audience this was meant for.

If this is the future of comedy then the world is in a sorry state indeed.

My brother's a fan. He used to watch it on the internet. Now it's on adult swim and it's one of the few shows I change the channel for. He says the comedy is subtle. I call it boring.

it's definitely not top-tier british comedy, but it's fun and silly and charming, and there is a lot worse out there. the world is already in a sorry state of comedy with the average shit they pump out.

It interest's the more 'zaney' (?) population over here, i've never really got it to be honest.

Going on british comedy take a look at 'Peep show'. The older series are hilarious, whilst the newer one's haven't really made me laugh that much.

That is if you like watching 2 arseholes fuck up their lives in some of the most hilarious ways possible.

i actually liked this latest series a lot more than the last one, it has at least two really good episodes (i'll have to watch it again, but the one where they have the party and the one where they find out who the father is both come to mind) whereas i can only really think of one good episode from series 5 (the one where mark gets "raped").

anyway, i whole-heartedly second your peep show recommendation, it's what i was referring to earlier by "top-tier british comedy".
