I am a science fiction nut. It seems like everytime I like a show it gets canceled. I have started watching this new show " The Event" So far I think it is fucking awesome. I just watched the second episode and I hate having to wait a full week before I can see more.
If you are tired of reality shows and liked "Lost" this show is one you should watch.

I didn't ever watch Lost. The Event seems more up my alley, though, because of the setting and the whole political thing.
I think it'll be a show I'll buy once the season comes out on DVD. I don't have a structured enough schedule to have a "my show" that I just have to watch. I would live my life disappointed, if I did.

Voly I doubt that many of us have that structured of a schedule. I watch about 95% of my TV on Hulu. That way I can do it when I have the time.
At the moment the only shows I am following regularly are : The Event, Glee, Raising Hope, Fringe, Hells Kitchen, House and Desparate Housewives.
I don't have cable so most of those shows are out for me. I was watching and hope they continue to run Stargate SGU on Hulu.
I am hoping they bring back Heroes, Flashforward and V.
The only show I try to catch at night on regular TV is Red Dwarf. They run one episode at 11:30 PM here and I will drop what I am doing to watch that.
So you can have a mixed up life and still have a " my show" =P

Not usually a my show that I like. I frequently work until midnight and still have a 40 minute drive home, and I also frequently have to be to work at 8 AM. I am enrolled in college full time. My schedule is about as unstructured a schedule as I've ever seen. Some nights I get 12-14 hours of sleep, others, 2-4. I take it when I can get it, and if I can help it, I don't set an alarm. I can't remember the last time I had 30 minutes free AND access to a TV, and didn't decide to sleep over watching tv.
