Saw them live at Mayhem Fest. Killer fuckin' band. I already know a lot of you won't like it, but if you get the chance to see 'em live then take it. I had to choose between them and Mastodon and I believe I made the right choice.

Fun part of the show: some guy almost hit a kid in the head with a bottle and the lead singer got the crowd to hospitalize the guy.

I'd love The bleeding if the lyrics weren't so cheesy'n'dumb. The whole song should be sung in the style of the chorus. Oh and a question, what's your fave song?
I'm not familiar with Mastodon songs, but I think they're pretty harsher than 5fdp's. I should give them a listen, too.

Fav song by them? Dunno.

"The whole song should be sung in the style of the chorus."
NO. Pure screaming in a vocalist is one of the most annoying trends music has taken to. It involves little talent or training and sounds horrible.

And yeah, Mastodon is ok.

I tried these guys a while back, but the vocals just pushed me away.

I like Mastodon Better, but Five Finger Death Punch is ok.

Eschatos, is that really the first that you have heard of them? You got to get out more.

"You got to get out more."

It's hard for me to get into bands. The first time I listen to any song I will have no opinion about it. Only after I hear something about 3 times will I realize I actually like it. I have no idea why it is, but it's true.

I owned the Demanufacture album for 3 years before I really got into it and realized how much I loved it.

But in general, I can listen to practically any music and enjoy it based on the musicianship. Being in band for 12 years helped key my ears.
