Pink Floyd

Postby Chainzz » Sat Mar 01, 2008 11:22 am

Well, as i saw that there's a lot of discussion about the band, i thought to make one. If there already was one, sorry.

Anyway, my favourite songs are "ANother brick in the wall" and... Uhh.... Something included with flying... Forgot.

I cant really think of anything intelligent to say, except that there a great band, well they were...

And dark side of the moon was on the billboard top 200 for like 741 weeks, which is a lot of years...

Nah, I was really wondering, just too lazy to do it myself.

14.25 years in the top 200 is pretty impressive.

And if the band youre in starts playing different tunes
Ill see you on the dark side of the moon

Most people I know write the band off as overrated.

Personally, I'm in love with the lyrics, and the mellow tone of many of their songs. It's a great band.

But I'm biased. I love Pink Floyd more for the memories that the songs bring back, I guess.

Her profile says high school junior for occupation, which was updated for the 2007-2008 school year at the earliest, so I'm guessing that she's still doing that.

Personally, Pink Floyd's music has been extremely prominent throughout my life - my parents love it and of course I did the moment I heard it - so I can't really connect the songs to any specific memories, but each song draws certain emotions.
