how do u blurr images on flash

i was just wondering,

in alot of your movies you have blurred images, how do u do it? do u use a different program? if so, which one?

for system interrupted I only used Flash... now I use Adobe Photoshop for the blurry effects, this works out way better.

alright, cus people told me to use photoshop although i couldn't see how you could make it focus in and out, like in your intro, theres a character standing there looking up and blurring in and out, do you actually blurr in adobe frame by frame? or is there another way to do that?
