Pointless computer related arguing without guilt :D

Postby Gravesent » Tue Nov 01, 2005 9:34 pm

I sort of feel like home here O.o, every time I had some PC related discussion I felt a bit guilty for filling so much space with something that for some has absolutely no importance, well, no more :)
This is a big day :D
Of course the point was not to fight but to learn something new, I can't say I'm a computer expert but I know a few things so I'll try my best to answer any questions posted here (it's the least I could do since I bitched about making the section).

Some time ago they made an overclocking test on Intel and AMD cooling the processors with liquid nitrogen or something.. is that one of the procs?
Looks like a K7 Athlon O.o

Edit: No, that is just a pic of some overclocking in a school somewhere, but it shows what can happen.

I thought about designing air conditioning for one's computer, but apparently it causes frost, (or just moisture) which melts, and can damage your computer's insides dramatically.

Ohhh well.
