You can get wasted legally at 18 and have your designated driver drive you home if you're right over the border of Canadia
Some people even smuggle fireworks into New York (they're illegal here without permit) if you're bold enough to get past the authorities.
But the question I have is... if Canadian stores right across the border accept U.S. cash, why do they always give you Canadian change back.
Bastards. Can't even use a Canadian quarter to buy a coke here...
