She at least seemed interesting while she was here.

She only made 4 posts. On this thread only. But at least she was not annoying. Unlike some people...

No no. Didn't leave. Not permanently anyway.
I don't really have much of an opportunity to get on the 'net all that much.
We have a landline here, and my brother is one of those guys who spends all evening playing online games when he's home, so...
I'm lucky if I get on for half an hour each day.
... It was the way your fingers shook. It was a stammer, and the thickness of your tongue
as you tried to speak. It was the sound of the sirens, coming closer.
It was knowing that you would never get another chance.

I've tried that approach, believe me.
My parents seem to be more comfortable with him being on the net then they do with me though.

Well. The internet can be a very horrible place. You can get raped by it. You know... Or get stalkers. They stalk you on the net.

Yea right. My step father thinks along the same lines. But I just tell him to fuck off.

Of course. You never know that who you are talking to is actually what they say they are. Unless you know them in real life.

I read this story about a girl who decided to meet her internet buddy in real life. She was 15 and he was 20. The first day they met they had sex. THen the second time. And she got pregant. What a dumb ass. Its hard to believe people are that stupid.

you shouldn't trust people you meet on the internet, unless they're me.

You can tell more to strangers than you can your closest friends; they cannot hurt your reputation or think less of your credibility as a person in the real world.

Just look at psychologists.

Nah dont look at psychologists...

I haven't told any psychologists more than my neighbor's kid knows about me...

but when it comes to personal information, people give that out too, and somtimes it can end up in something bad.

Personal info is dangerous to give to strangers.

Not to mention unnecessary...

I think phsycologists only help those who are truely insane and trying survive another day. Everybody else is just more green for them.

there are certain mental disorders that people can't deal with without somone there telling them how to do it, or meds, phycologists can perscribe medications for stuff like, depression, bipolar, scitzophrenia(damn medical words), ADD, ADHD, OCD, and other shit like that.

or some theropys are for people who have gone through a tramatic experience in there life, lost a loved one, been in a bad car wreck, or even been to war. theropy isn't just for people who think/have a shitty life.
