Yeah... According to hearsay it's 1 in every 166 people... I'm borderline, so it's not as severe as most cases, but it does affect my ability to communicate thoughts and feelings accurately.

Only in speech. In writing we can be quite eloquent. That's why we love forums.

" friend " ?? When you investigate, don't forget to use your " deductive reasoning "

...yeah so basically he hasnt left his house in a couple of weeks, lives alone, has taken to only communicating with people by txt/msn and doesnt like having to see people in person. Only time I see him these days is on the occassional supermarket trip. Apparently he goes to his girlfriends house every so "often" but thats about it.

So yes now you have the whole, unneccessary story.

Just Wiki it. It's basically an detriment to my ability to communicate, and an increase in certain areas of intelligence.

@BlackKittehCat
Please don't use dark-coloured lettering. It's in the forum guidelines.

What do you mean? Raven and I like forums because we find it easier to communicate on them. How is that a generalisation?

You said "we" in the context of all autistic people.

@ Guitar Clock
He said "We" as in, He and I, for we know each other personally.

And @ Gravesent
Not particularly, people with Asperger's Syndrome vary incredibly. Trust me on this one, I've seen devote Catholic Aspie's, where I lie on the other side of that line.

Wow. I think you are officially the first guideline-preaching latency. Well done. :)

And @Gravesent: I would assume the reason they are alike is because they are friends? I thought that obvious myself.

Crossed my mind but they both seem to be interested in developing a wealthy vocabulary and use more than just common words, all my friends use different expressions and words and at times I do copy some of theme but they seamed too much alike.

Of course, it's possible, isn't it? After all, if I was a schitzophrenic it would be possible that Raven's just a hallucination, and that I'm really the one posting on the forum without realising it. I've heard voices before....

Seriously though, his life story actually sounds like a work of fiction. I told my father and he started yelling at me about making up stories about people. I never thought about it until just now, but I think it's completely possible that my best friend might not even exist.

Aye, very possible that you might just try to impress us in some strange way about having a double personality or whatever, it's also possible that you're joking and I just didn't get it... ip check please.

I would have Syn do it but she's left the forum.

Maybe make me mod of Intro?
