Only if the outline mentioned having them put that basic information into complete thoughts, and not just having them list off qualities like they were filling out job applications.

Read the guidelines in the intro topic listing if you want people to stop complaining about your posting.

I dont think we should have an intro form because then peoples intros wouldnt really say anything about them.
